EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE SERVICE PROGRAM

• If you are an Organization that is willing to undertake the initiative to assist with the marketing or delivery of our programs and services to meet the labour market needs of our clientele.
  MMF - HRDT Department can provide your Organization by way of contributions towards the costs of delivering the service, financial assistance can be in way of wages, benefits, overhead, and administration.

• Your Organization is eligible... if you are an Organization interested in taking on an initiative to meet the labour market needs of our clientele.

• What is the Employment Assistance Services?

• E.A.S is a labour market program delivered by MMF - HRDT, through delegation to a third party, permits the extension of MMF - HRDT programs and services to reach farther out into Métis communities.

What is the objective of Employment Assistance Services?

• The objective of E.A.S. is to assist with the design, marketing, delivery and evaluating of MMF - HRDT programs and services, providing a full range of seamless employment programs and serviced, in cases where it is the most effective and efficient way to meet our clients needs.

Who can apply?

• Community Groups / Organizations, Community Partners, Manitoba Métis Federation Local Chapters, and Community Development Corporations.

What are eligible costs?

• Some of the eligible costs covered in a E.A.S. projects are: wages, administration, overhead-supplies, rent, travel, and any other related costs associated with the delivery of services, regionally - determined and approved by the Local Management Board.
